Exchanges/Returns:
Exchanges carry a
25% fee. All exchanges must
first obtain SunShield Apparel's
written permission and "Returned
Material ID Number" (RMID) by
contacting
Customersupport@sunshieldapparel.com.
All exchanges and/or returns
must be received within 21 days
from the initial ship date. All
exchanges and/or returns must
also be shipped with the
original packing slip and any
manufacturer invoice numbers.
Items must also be unused and
have all tags attached and
within their original safety
packing for credit. Failure to
comply with this policy will result in a
non-refundable item.
Exchanges and/or returns will be
completed as quickly as possible
by Sunshield Apparel. Return
shipping on exchanges will be
paid by the customer, unless
there is a defect in the item,
in which case shipping will be
paid for by Sunshield Apparel.
